I’ve been thinking hard about what stops us from achieving what we want to achieve
There are tonnes of things that can get in our way
- Social events
The amazing thing about us humans is that we can achieve INCREDIBLE things
We have amazing brains
We have super bodies
And we have opportunity
What we often fail to do is TRY…..
…..because we are scared to fail
BUT let’s think about it….
What happens if we fail?
Of course it depends on the endeavour
If you are trying to climb mount Everest and you get something wrong, then that could be potentially serious….
But if you are simply trying to BE BETTER, to LEARN MORE, to BUILD your health (to get weight loss results)
The worst that could happen (short term) would be that you don’t get the results that you were aiming for
If you are TRYING
If you are making effort
If you are aiming to be conscientious
If you are aiming to make better choices ….. you can’t go FAR WRONG!
I promise you
If you are being brave, strong and consistent KEEP AT IT
You will SEE and FEEL results
But if you feel that you are unsure, or that you need to talk about it
