Nutrition Coaching


Work with a women’s weight management specialist 1:2:1 on your nutrition and lifestyle with a view to making some powerful changes to your habits and routines without the major sacrifice associated with traditional dieting.


This monthly commitment will entail a deep dive into your nutrition and lifestyle habits so that together we can create some new and different routines, habits and systems that really suit you, your goals and your family too.

This is not a diet plan, or a copy and paste meal plan. This will be time spent working together on the things that make you feel good about your nutrition and discovering the things that might not be serving you well at the moment.

Bit by bit, at your own pace, we will install new habits and ideas into your routine and test out if they are going to work for you longer term.

This is a collaborative effort where we work as a team and develop something personal and effective with your feedback and your input.

If you are looking for someone to just tell you what to do, then this will not be the right product for you.

If you are looking to understand nutrition and take control back for yourself with the help and guidance of a women’s weight management specialist, then this could be right up your alley!

We will also, if necessary, ensure that the plan that we create works well for your family too. If you are feeding others in your house, most likely you do not want to be creating 2-3 different meals. We can find a way to do this so that your goals are met, without the time and energy sacrifice that can often happen with cooking and planning.
