Class level: Suitable for beginners and intermediates (and advanced folk if you feel like it!)

What is Freestyle: A blend of mobility, yoga and strength work. Each class is a bit different :-)

Props recommended: Yoga mat (or towel), yoga strap (or belt, dog lead, resistance band, scarf), a yoga block (or hardback books)
