Freestyle Yoga Sessions with Nicola

 

Class level: Suitable for beginners and intermediates (and advanced folk if you feel like it!)

What is Freestyle: I blend mobility, yoga and strength work together. Each class is different :-)

Class duration: 55-60mins

Props recommended: Yoga mat (or towel), yoga strap (or belt, dog lead, resistance band, scarf), a yoga block (or hardback books)
