ALL ABILITIES WELCOME
Yoga has been shown to have many benefits including but not limited to: stress management, anxiety management, flexibility, mobility, improvements in posture, better energy, more confidence, move more freely, gaining strength and fitness.
All ability levels are welcome and all classes can be adapted for complete beginners up to seasoned intermediate level yogi's.
Please don't shy away from yoga because you are worried about not being able to do it, we all have to start somewhere and you will quickly see how fast you can improve your skills!
