WHAT IS FREESTYLE YOGA

BEFORE ATTENDING CLASS (ESSENTIAL)

 

A PAR-Q is needed to ensure that I can keep you safe and cared for at all times and so that I am aware of any contraindications or injuries that you might have that would affect your Yoga.

You won’t be able to attend a Yoga class without this form, so it’s best to get this done ASAP.

CLASS TIMES

 

We currently have 3 classes on each week

WEDNESDAY 9-10am

FRIDAY 10-11am

SUNDAY 12-1pm

All classes are £8 or you can pay £30/month for unlimited classes

Mats are £1 to rent per session, or you are very welcome to bring along your own Yoga mat.

ALL ABILITIES WELCOME

 

Yoga has been shown to have many benefits including but not limited to: stress management, anxiety management, flexibility, mobility, improvements in posture, better energy, more confidence, move more freely, gaining strength and fitness.

All ability levels are welcome and all classes can be adapted for complete beginners up to seasoned intermediate level yogi’s.

Please don’t shy away from yoga because you are worried about not being able to do it, we all have to start somewhere and you will quickly see how fast you can improve your skills!

We have free car parking in front of our facility (please do not park in front of the businesses either side of our facility)
