    We do not advocate crash diets, over-training or excessive focus on body aesthetics. If you are looking for a programme that will help you to drop 2 stones in 2 days - this is not the programme for you. This is an educational and empowerment process that will help you to instil long term habits into your lifestyle SO THAT you can become confident and independent with your choices and your health.
    The process of stimulating results in your weight loss can take time ESPECIALLY if your health and fitness has been on the back-burner for a long period of time. We will explore your sleep health, your stress management, your nutrition and your exercise as a starting point....we need to collect this information with small studies into your habits in order to suggest relevant and effective changes that stimulate your body to respond to weight loss.
  • We will be in touch with you to let you know if you are a suitable candidate for the programme. We take selection very seriously and we will analyse your response to the questions we have asked in order to ensure we are selecting people who are truly ready to make the lifestyle and habit changes.
