Welcome to Rossell Fitness, it is my belief and philosophy that by working with you on your health and happiness and building your confidence, I can help you to build and shape the body AND lifestyle that you desire. Here at Rossell Fitness we do not just work on the body in the gym and the kitchen, we take a holistic approach to your lifestyle where we can make small changes and improvements in all areas in order to get the results that you want and deserve. Without fully committing to the changes that are possible in your lifestyle, please understand that your results will be sub-optimal. At Rossell Fitness we simply ask that you are in the right frame of mind to improve your health, happiness and confidence a little more every day, striving for long term health and longevity. In order for your training and our time together to run smoothly and effectively I ask that you read and adhere to the following T&C’s. Please type I AGREE into the box*
General terms:*
- You are committing yourself to a minimum of 1 month of coaching
- You are willing to spend time mapping out a 90 day plan to build your health, happiness and confidence so that we have a framework to build your results from
- Rossell Fitness is a brand and the products and services thereof may not be duplicated or re-used for any purposes other than the progress on the programme.
- The support and documentation provided during the course of your programme is for your own specific use. Any documentation shared outside of this use with friends or family is at your own risk. Rossell Fitness cannot take any responsibility for any injury, illness or other affliction that may occur as a result of following my documentation WITHOUT my direct permission or guidance
- Rossell Fitness coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, where necessary you may be referred to or encouraged to seek out other practitioners who can help you at a higher level for your individual needs
Payment terms*
- Payments are to be made on a recurring monthly basis by a direct debit. Please ensure prompt payment of fees otherwise the coach may put training old hold until payment is received.
- If you are on holiday for a period of time, the monthly payment does not change. The access to my coaching and accountability is still available to you during your holiday. When you are on holiday, your commitment to a better life and your results does NOT stop!
Your responsibilities (as the client)*
- You are responsible for listening to and following the guidance of the coach ‘Nicola Rossell’ during this period
- A PAR-Q form will be filled in before any exercise can take place. If you attend the first sessions without this form completed, you will be expected to take the time to fill this in using up your own time. Copies of this form are kept at the gym.
- A health questionnaire is a non-optional addition to provide the coach with as much information to help you reach your goals as possible. Being as honest and detailed as you can be on this questionnaire will ensure that we are on the correct path for better results. If you withhold information then your results may be impacted and any health issues that arise from information withheld is entirely your own responsibility
- Rossell Fitness will discuss with you individually what a suitable goal would be for the time-frame, please fill in the goal setting sheets as requested and we will get your 90, 60 and 30 day goals set down and broken down into weekly and daily tasks for clarity and purpose
- Following the first level of goal setting which will be done by the coach to give you an example, further goals on a monthly and weekly basis will be set by you, and run past the coach to show that you understand how to make progress each week.
- You are expected to put your health first at all times. If you are sick, under the weather or injured you must disclose this to coach Nicola. Attending the gym when you are sick is unacceptable as this puts your health at further risk. It also puts the health of coach Nicola and any other members that you encounter at risk too. Please be respectful of this term and abide by it strictly.
Conduct and cancellations*
- Termination of your monthly payment must be communicated at least 7 days before the next payment is due to be taken. Any late notice could be subject to a transaction fee if a refund is needed
- All refunds for any other purpose may also subject to a transaction fee
- Rossell Fitness reserves the right to make any changes to content that is felt to be necessary for the benefit of your programme and progress and will inform you of these changes as and when they occur
Online specific terms*
- Your contact with Coach Nicola will be limited to video check ins, emails and text messages. You can upgrade to 'in gym' training if you wish to follow this path at a later date
- Your training programme will be updated (based on your feedback) and sent to you via email on a weekly basis. You will need to get this printed out to take to your gym
- Your feedback is incredibly important. If you are not checking in and providing an account of your week then progress and results will not be guaranteed
- Lifestyle exploration is essential in this process, you will be encouraged to undergo a series of guided investigations into your lifestyle habits as the weeks go by so that we can create a healthier lifestyle that suits you, your family and your commitments!
- You will check in on a Sunday via whatsapp video. This can be at any time that you choose but the earlier that you can submit the check in, the sooner you will get your feedback and action points for the coming week
- You will also check in on a Sunday via questionnaire that will be emailed to you in advance
- Coach Nicola will respond to all of your emails/videos and check ins with appropriate feedback for you to implement within 24 hours (sooner if possible)
Responsibilities of coach 'Nicola Rossell'*
- Rossell Fitness will at all times put your health and safety first
- Rossell Fitness will always check with you before publishing any personal details as part of a promotion
- Rossell Fitness will protect any personal data that you provide
- Rossell Fitness will keep your details on record for a maximum time of 3 months, your training records will be destroyed thereafter, and you may request a copy of your training records at any time during this period.
- Rossell Fitness may keep your email address to inform you of any upcoming offers or products that you may find interesting or beneficial
- At all times Rossell Fitness will endeavour to provide you with the help and guidance that you require, please do give up to 24hours for email responses.
- Should coach Nicola fall ill or otherwise unable to attend for a session that you have booked, notice will be given at the earliest possible time to reduce the inconvenience to yourself.
- Any sessions that are cancelled by Nicola will be valid for rearranging at a later day and time.
- Rossell Fitness will check in with you every Sunday morning via email, contact should also be maintained during the week if needed via email, phone or text.
- Rossell Fitness will not be available on Saturday’s unless for emergencies
- Rossell Fitness will be contactable between the hours of 9am and 530pm Monday-Friday and 8am-2pm on Sunday’s, contact outside of these times will be answered on the next working day.
- Bonus coaching and accountability will be available on the Facebook members only group, for as long as you are a member of RF.
