The time isn’t right

I understand that this might not be the right time for you to come to classes, or take up PT sessions. Whatever your circumstances are, I would still like to help you to take a few steps forward on your health and fitness journey. If you feel stuck, confused or frustrated about anything, please do drop me a line. Just because we are not yet working together, I am still happy to help you. I have put together a list below of my FREE resources so that you can begin using them to get started on your own.
