    We recommend that you are able to commit to at least 2 sessions per week to get the best out of our plan. Currently the 6.30pm time slots are full.
    We do not advocate crash diets, over-training or excessive focus on body aesthetics. If you are looking for a programme that will help you to drop 2 stones in 2 days - this is not the programme for you. This is an educational and empowerment process that will help you to instil long term habits into your lifestyle SO THAT you can become confident and independent with your choices and your health.
    The process of stimulating results in your weight loss can take time ESPECIALLY if your health and fitness has been on the back-burner for a long period of time. We will explore your sleep health, your stress management, your nutrition and your exercise as a starting point....we need to collect this information with small studies into your habits in order to suggest relevant and effective changes that stimulate your body to respond to weight loss.
    If you are ready to commit now, one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible via one of the contact methods that you have given us permission to use. Please note that before finalising your space in the group, a short phone interview will be conducted to ascertain whether you'll be a good fit for us.
