This is an essential step for understanding what you can achieve in the time that we have together. Please download and fill it in with lots of detail and then send it back to me so that I can review it! Make it specific to the journey that you plan to take with me, and pay particular attention to the 30, 60 and 90 day targets!

STEP 3 – RECOMMENDED READING

I have a bunch of books and other bits that will really help you on your journey. We are going to work on health, happiness and confidence and this will mean practise and work in your own time. These resources will help to guide you and reinforce the things that we are doing.

STEP 4 – TRAINING RECOVERY

If you are already doing a few workouts here and there, I want you to practise recovering properly, so that when you start our sessions you feel fresh as a daisy! This will be useful at any time that you are doing exercise too!

STEP 5 – FOOD DIARY

Let’s face it, nutrition plays a big role in your progress! Let’s get really organised and get a 7 day food diary done and submitted to me. The best way to do this is on the online app called MYFITNESSPAL. This will allow me to see an overview of your food choices over the 7 days and I can then provide you with feedback.

You also have the option of doing this via a written diary if you prefer.

STEP 6 – HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE

This will be incredibly useful if you can get this done and dusted before we start the sessions. This gives me a bunch of background information about you and will give us some great and possible simple things that we can swap and change without any hassle.
