Rossell Fitness Recharge T+C's
Please take note of ALL of the terms and read this very carefully so that you are clear on the relationship that you are entering into with Rossell Fitness.
Welcome to Rossell Fitness, it is my belief and philosophy that by working with you on your health and happiness and building your confidence, I can help you to build and shape the body AND lifestyle that you desire. Here at Rossell Fitness we do not just work on the body in the gym and the kitchen, we take a holistic approach to your lifestyle where we can make small changes and improvements in all areas in order to get the results that you want and deserve. Without fully committing to the changes that are possible in your lifestyle, please understand that your results will be sub-optimal. At Rossell Fitness we simply ask that you are in the right frame of mind to improve your health, happiness and confidence a little more every day, striving for long term health and longevity. In order for your training and our time together to run smoothly and effectively I ask that you read and adhere to the following T&C’s. Please type I AGREE into the box
You are committing yourself to a minimum of 1 month of training
You understand that taking time to plan your goals and the changes that you want to make is essential to how effective your time with Rossell Fitness will be and you are willing to spend time mapping out a 90 day plan to build your health, happiness and confidence
Rossell Fitness is a brand and the products and services thereof may not be duplicated or re-used for any purposes other than the progress on the programme.
The support and documentation provided during the course of your programme is for your own specific use. Any documentation shared outside of this use with friends or family is at your own risk. Rossell Fitness cannot take any responsibility for any injury, illness or other affliction that may occur as a result of following my documentation WITHOUT my direct permission or guidance
Payments are only to be made on a recurring monthly basis by a direct debit. Please ensure prompt payment of fees otherwise the coach may put training old hold until payment is received.
If you are on holiday for a period of time, the monthly payment does not change. The access to my coaching and accountability is still available to you during your holiday. When you are on holiday, your commitment to a better life and your results does NOT stop
If you wish to put your payments on pause whilst you are on holiday, without an ACTIVE monthly payment you will be forfeiting your claim to the training times that you have been attending. In this case, someone on the waiting list for training may take your training times
You (the client) understand that your monthly payments represent all of the support and preparation that takes place outside of the sessions as well as the sessions themselves (this includes all contact time through any means, all education resources, all online support and guidance in the online members area)
You (the client) understand that the package you are paying for is calculated to incorporate 4 annual weeks of holiday which allows for breaks at times when (the trainer) is unable to cover planned absence on the part of the trainer
Where it is possible the Recharge sessions will still go ahead whilst Nicola is on holiday, if the gym can be covered by another member of staff. In this case you will be able to come to the gym at your normal training time and conduct the session as a group using the whiteboard as you have been taught to do. You will informed of any dates where this will be occurring in advance. You can use the Whatsapp chat for the group to organise with the other group members on who is planning to attend.
Your responsibilities (as the client)
You are responsible for listening to and following the guidance of the coach ‘Nicola Rossell’ during this period
A PAR-Q form will be filled in before any exercise can take place. If you attend the first sessions without this form completed, you will be expected to take the time to fill this in using up your own time. Copies of this form are kept at the gym.
Rossell Fitness will discuss with you individually what a suitable goal would be for the time-frame, please fill in the goal setting sheets as requested and we will get your 90, 60 and 30 day goals set down and broken down into weekly and daily tasks for clarity and purpose
An online weekly progress questionnaire will be made available to you on a Sunday which will give you the opportunity to review your week, reconnect with your goals, and re-set the goal posts if need be
You are expected to put your health first at all times. If you are sick, under the weather or injured you must disclose this to coach Nicola. Attending the gym when you are sick is unacceptable as this puts your health at further risk. It also puts the health of coach Nicola and any other members that you encounter at risk too. Please be respectful of this term and abide by it strictly.
Conduct and cancellations
Rossell Fitness reserves the right to withdraw you from the programme without notice if behaviour is not acceptable
Termination of your monthly payment must be communicated at least 7 days before the next payment is due to be taken. Any late notice could be subject to a transaction fee if a refund is needed
All refunds for any other purpose are also subject to a transaction fee
You will endeavour at all times to provide at least 24 hours notice of sessions cancellations, failure to notify the coach of non attendance at sessions forfeits the session and will be charged. Sessions can be rearranged if 24 hours notice is given
When sessions are cancelled without 24 hours notice, at the discretion of the coach they may be rearranged depending on extenuating circumstances. However if this clause is deemed to be taken advantage of, this will be revoked and the client will lose the sessions.
Rossell Fitness reserves the right to make any changes to content that is felt to be necessary for the benefit of your programme and progress and will inform you of these changes as and when they occur
Responsibilities of coach 'Nicola Rossell'
Rossell Fitness will at all times put your health and safety first
Rossell Fitness will always check with you before publishing any personal details as part of a promotion
Rossell Fitness will protect any personal data that you provide
Rossell Fitness will keep your details on record for a maximum time of 3 months, your training records will be destroyed thereafter, and you may request a copy of your training records at any time during this period.
Rossell Fitness may keep your email address to inform you of any upcoming offers or products that you may find interesting or beneficial
At all times Rossell Fitness will endeavour to provide you with the help and guidance that you require, please do give up to 24hours for email responses.
Should coach Nicola fall ill or otherwise unable to attend for a session that you have booked, notice will be given at the earliest possible time to reduce the inconvenience to yourself.
Any sessions that are cancelled by Nicola will be valid for rearranging at a later day and time.
Rossell Fitness will check in with you every Sunday morning via email, contact should also be maintained during the week if needed via email, phone or text.
Rossell Fitness will not be available on Wednesday's or Saturday’s unless for emergencies
Rossell Fitness will be contactable between the hours of 9am and 530pm Monday-Friday and 8am-2pm on Sunday’s, contact outside of these times will be answered on the next working day.
Bonus coaching and accountability will be available on the Facebook members only group, for as long as you are a member of RF.
You will wash your hands before you enter the building
You must wear a face covering to enter the building
You will wait outside the building for Nicola to collect you (2 minutes before your session time) and complete the mandatory temperature test
If your temperature is 37.8 degrees or higher, you will not be allowed to enter the building and you should go home and recover
Wear your mask to walk through the gym until you have reached your training space. You may remove your mask when you are settled at your trainnig mat
Endeavour to remain on your mat for the duration of the training session
Only use the bathroom in the case of emergencies (and follow the bathroom procedure listed on the posters if you do use it)
Clean down any kit that you use with our sanitising spray and paper towels
Wear your face covering as you leave the gym
If you are showing any of the symptoms related to COVID including a new or persistent cough, a high temperature or a loss or change to your sense of smell and taste, please do NOT attempt to come to training, and follow the current government guidelines re self isolating
