Accountability Challenge Day 90 Review
Please take some time over these questions and really get into your own head about what your achievements have been, and what work there is still to do on your health, wellbeing, fitness or mindset. Self-development and goal setting is something that I encourage ongoing and I hope that you find the process of filling in this questionnaire to be reflective, introspective and helpful in planning your next steps.

TIME TO GET INTROSPECTIVE .... Please take some time to write a short letter to your 13 year old self about health and wellness and life and what you have learned to tell your younger self about how your mindset or approach may have changed, what you have learned about yourself and how you may have done things differently than you expected...

Please now consider writing a short (or long) letter to yourself FROM your 80 year old self describing what you think is important and valuable with this different perspective. This could include things that you NEED to do, things that you need to STOP doing, anything to help you map out your priorities for your next steps.

Relate back to your goals and see how far you have come and then begin to map out what you still want to achieve? (it's ok to still want things to change - 90 days is a great start but hopefully this is not the end of your journey!)
