Write a short (or long) letter to yourself FROM your 80 year old self describing what you think is important and valuable with this different perspective. This could include things that you NEED to do, things that you need to STOP doing, anything to offer yourself the gift of perspective.

If you are stuck on this question, I suggest you consider reading a book called 'the top 5 regrets of the dying' - Bronnie Ware. This is very powerful.
