Your healthy timeline for change

Over the years I’ve come to understand that it’s not about KNOWING

Knowing doesn’t get you RESULTS in your health, well-being and lifestyle

It’s about DOING

Doing what you said you were going to do

Taking action and achieving your results through hard work and consistency

KNOWING certainly helps you to make BETTER CHOICES

But KNOWING on its own, will get you NO-WHERE

The thing is…..in your lifestyle, on your personal time line…there will come a time when it just feels right

Where the KNOWING turns into the DOING

In an ideal world, we’d learn something, and apply it to our lives

I can think of loads of examples in my own life where I learned something important about health and then promptly sat on that information until I was READY to do something about it

And that’s the key

BEING READY

KNOWING is not being READY

When it stops feeling like such a big barrier, this is the beginning of you being READY to tackle the changes that you need to make

So I ask you now
