The perfect client and what she does

Yesterday I shared with you a message from one of my clients, Jen

I thought that it might be useful for you if I shared with you what Jen did to get the body that she wanted

Jen followed my simple steps

  1. Eat more vegetables (aiming for 5-7 portions per day)
  2. Drink more water (aiming for at least 2L/day)
  3. Eat protein with every meal (a palm size portion)
  4. Sleep well and deeply (at least 7-9 hours)
  5. Take some ‘me time’ every day (at least 10minutes)

With the daily application of these habits Jen got amazing results

The thing is that I can pretty much predict that 90% of you reading this won’t do this

You are probably thinking that it’s all too simple

This is another barrier for you

I’m literally giving you the tools to start you off

Sure, Jen’s programme and guidance changed over time, based on her needs

But she got amazing results when she applied these 5 things

And she is still feeling healthy, happy and more confident
