MYTH #6 – PROTEIN IS A MIRACLE NUTRIENT?
Okay so you’re back and your appetite is whetted I hope

So onto myth #6….. PROTEIN IS A MIRACLE NUTRIENT
This sadly is not true
Protein is essential
It’s essential for life
It helps with weight loss….
But it is not a miracle
No nutrients stand alone as miracles
They all work together in harmony to provide you with the health and wellbeing
IF you are prepared to eat them!
To be healthy, we need the right individual balance of
By suggesting that one or more of these are needed above the others is untrue and unfair
Some people may need more of certain things than others
But for the most part
To be healthy
We need to find your own balance
Once this is found
Once your body is in a happy balance
It will lose weight (if there is weight to be lost)
Until this balance is achieved
You will be waging war on a body that has more important things to worry about
Like, you know….keeping you alive!
Protein is great
But it is not the magic cure for your weight loss
Focus on your health, happiness and confidence
And you will find the right choices for your body easy
