I’ve been working hard on my health and well-being for around 8 years now
Learning, discovering, getting it wrong, getting it right and everything in-between
And in that time, the best lesson that I have learnt is that IT’S OK TO STILL BE FIGURING IT OUT
I am still figuring it out
My mentors (some of whom are 20-30 years my senior) are still figuring it out
Because our lives change daily
We have new challenges as the months go by
We face new obstacles as the years come around
So we must learn to be adaptable!
I am always looking to be as consistent as I can be, considering the daily fluctuations in my lifestyle
I can’t do the same thing every day (and realistically – wouldn’t that be boring anyway?)
I can’t control a lot of the things that happen in my life around me
But what I can control is my ability to adapt, move the goal posts and to keep learning
If I keep building my confidence (something that I do EVERY DAY)
If I keep practising stepping outside my comfort zone (something that I am getting better at)
If I keep practising protecting my energy (the MOST important thing to me in my day to day life)
Then I will have a better chance of coping well when things get a bit mixed up
I will have more resilience
I will be less overwhelmed….
I will cope better and deal with my stress in a healthy way
If you can know in your heart of hearts that you ARE doing your BEST
And that YOUR BEST is always for forever THE BEST….then you are on for a winner!
Be kind to yourself
Be gentle with yourself
Be loving toward the situations that happen in your life
We cannot control everything….but we can control how we choose to live our lives
It’s ok to keep learning
It’s ok to reach a point where you need some help
It’s ok to still be figuring it all out
I don’t mind admitting it
I will be figuring things out for a while yet….and that’s ok too!
I know that I am operating at a level that I am happy with
I know that I am always looking for opportunities to do things a bit better….
If you are feeling stuck, or lost, or frustrated….
Let’s have a talk about why you feel that way -> https://www.rossellfitness.co.uk/strategy-call/
I look forward to chatting with you soon
