Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
I recently discovered that I am an introvert
And that it means something different to what I thought originally
I thought that extroverts are loud outgoing confident people
And introverts are quiet shy and retiring people
So I never really classed myself as an introvert before because I’m not shy and I’m certainly not hiding away
I have to coach large groups of people
And I am very confident with public speaking and putting myself in the spot light
What I now understand is that the defining of an intro/extrovert is in how you like to recharge your batteries
Do you like to be around people all of the time?
After a stressful day do you gab on the phone…
Getting constant feedback? And releasing the excess energy?
If so, you’re an extrovert
If you like to recharge your batteries on your own
If after a long day you feel like shutting yourself away until you feel whole again
Then you are an introvert, just like me!
When things get too much
All I want to be is on my own

What do you do when you are feeling overwhelmed?
The thing is that our choices when we are in this ‘overwhelm’
Can affect the progress that we make towards our goals
Are your choices stopping you from getting that body that you want?
Our choices come mostly from our habits
And that’s one of the things that I work on with my ladies
We look at the habits and make some small tweaks
Easy things that can be implemented in your lifestyle with no problems
That lead to getting the results that you want
