Welcome to Rossell Fitness, it is my belief and philosophy that by working with you on your health and happiness we can build and shape the body that you desire. Here at Rossell Fitness we do not just work on the body in the gym, we take a holistic approach to your lifestyle where we can make small changes and improvements in all areas in order to get the body that you want and deserve. Without fully committing to the changes that are possible in your lifestyle, please understand that your results will be sub-optimal. At Rossell Fitness we simply ask that you are in the right frame of mind to improve your health, happiness and confidence a little more every day, striving for long term health and longevity. In order for your training and our time together to run smoothly and effectively I ask that you read and adhere to the following T&C’s. Please type I AGREE into the box
You are committing yourself to 6 weeks of personal training and lifestyle
The first session will be Monday 24th July 2017
The final session will be Friday 1st September 2017
Training times are: 10am Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Training times may adjust periodically. Notice will be given ahead of this.
Attendance at all sessions is NOT mandatory, however results will be better if you can attend the majority of the sessions scheduled
Training session are 30 minutes in duration
You may be sharing the time slot with other ladies who successfully applied to this programme
Rossell Fitness is a brand and the products and services thereof may not be duplicated or re-used for any purposes other than the progress on the programme.
Any sessions missed due to your holiday's will at this time, unfortunately be lost
If Coach Nicola is on holiday, sessions will be rearranged within the course of the programme
Sessions cannot be carried forwards month to month, if sessions are not used within the month purchased unfortunately they will be lost (unless prearranged with the coach regarding a holiday period)
A holiday training programme can be requested and discussed between Coach Nicola and yourself near the time of your departure (2 weeks notice must be given for a plan to be written)
Your responsibilities (as the client)
You are responsible for listening to and following the guidance of the coach ‘Nicola Rossell’ during this period
A PAR-Q form will be filled in before any exercise can take place. If you attend the first sessions without this form completed, you will be expected to take the time to fill this in using up your own time. Copies of this form are kept at the gym.
A health questionnaire is an optional but recommended addition to provide the coach with as much information to help you reach your goals as possible. You may choose not to fill this form in however please note that your results may be impacted as a result of withholding this information.
You are willing to offer information about your condition freely to the coach so that the coach might best help and guide you
You enter the programme having given the correct and relevant information to Coach Nicola, including disclosing any weight loss disorders, hormonal challenges and metabolic conditions (including but not limited to: type 1 + 2 diabetes, PCOS, menopause, pre menopause, metabolic syndrome, adrenal fatigue, cancer, heart disease, anorexia, bulimia, emotional based binge eating)
Rossell Fitness will discuss with you individually what a suitable goal would be for the time-frame, please fill in the goal setting sheets as requested and we will get your 90, 60 and 30 day goals set down and broken down into weekly and daily tasks for clarity and purpose
Following the first level of goal setting which will be done by the coach to give you an example, further goals on a monthly and weekly basis will be set by you, and run past the coach to show that you understand how to make progress each week.
You are expected to commit to filling in an online weekly progress questionnaire which will provide the information that we need to ensure you are making the right progress.
Your answers to the questionnaires will be publishable by Rossell Fitness however you understand that all answers will remain anonymous to protect your privacy
You understand that the coach will at all times put your health first, and will not recommend you to participate in anything that might further damage your metabolism or affect the balance of your hormones. This will be final, and if the coach deems your behaviours, or actions to be in breach of the health and safety contract, you will be warned and thereafter you risk being removed from the course.
You will commit to the online membership group, and complete any tasks and homework that Coach Nicola sets in this members only area, including watching coaching videos and submitting worksheet for review
Your membership in the online group ends when the programme ends, unless you upgrade to paying for an online membership (£9.99/month)
A weekly video journal of your progress is expected and will be used as marketing to attract other customers to ROSSELL FITNESS (this can be discussed individually with Coach Nicola
Your progress measurements will be taken every 2 weeks and the results will be used as marketing for ROSSELL FITNESS, this can be done anonymously
You are willing to complete and submit a food diary every 4 weeks
You are willing to complete and submit a stress test every 4 weeks
You are willing to complete a fitness test every 3 weeks
At the end of your 6 week programme, you will record a final video testimonial and write a short summary of your time within my services, to be used as marketing for ROSSELL FITNESS
At the end of your 6 week programme, you will submit a review of my services online either on facebook or google
Conduct and cancellations
Rossell Fitness reserves the right to withdraw you from the programme without notice if behaviour is not acceptable, you will receive the remainder of your money back in this situation
The client will arrive on time and we will begin warming up to prepare your body for exercise
Rossell Fitness reserves the right to make any changes to content that is felt to be necessary for the benefit of your programme and progress and will inform you of these changes as and when they occur
Any sessions that are missed will be forfeited
Responsibilities of coach 'Nicola Rossell'
Rossell Fitness will at all times put your health and safety first
Rossell Fitness will refer you out to other practitioners if your situation is deemed to be beyond the scope of the capabilities of personal training (this includes but is not limited to: emotional/binge eating disorders, other eating disorders, depression, anxiety, medical issues)
Rossell Fitness will always check with you before publishing any personal details as part of a promotion
Rossell Fitness will protect any personal data that you provide
Rossell Fitness will keep your details on record for a maximum time of 3 months, your training records will be destroyed thereafter, and you may request a copy of your training records at any time during this period.
Rossell Fitness may keep your email address to inform you of any upcoming offers or products that you may find interesting or beneficial
At all times Rossell Fitness will endeavour to provide you with the help and guidance that you require, please do give up to 24hours for email responses.
Should coach Nicola fall ill or otherwise unable to attend for a session that you have booked, notice will be given at the earliest possible time to reduce the inconvenience to yourself.
Rossell Fitness will check in with you every Sunday morning via email, contact should also be maintained during the week if needed via email, phone or text.
Rossell Fitness will not be available on Saturday’s unless for emergencies
Rossell Fitness will be contactable between the hours of 9am and 530pm Monday-Friday and 8am-2pm on Sunday’s, contact outside of these times will be answered on the next working day.

The guarantee is valid for the first 2 months of your contract with Rossell Fitness
To qualify for the 100% money back guarantee you must fulfil the following: a. Attend at least 95% of scheduled sessions b. Give your best efforts during the scheduled sessions (this is at the discretion of the trainer) c. Give your best efforts during the other scheduled activities in your programme (this is at your discretion) d. Submit progress measurements every week (including body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thighs, upper arms) e. Submit progress photos each week wearing the same clothes in the same room with similar lighting so that we can see progress. f. Submit the weekly progress questionnaire (to be done online) g. Submit an honest written evaluation/testimonial of your time spent undertaking the programme h. Submit a video testimonial/interview for use in marketing i. Give permission for the aforementioned resources (5d-e, g-h) to be used as promotional materials to help encourage other people to achieve the body that they deserve– this can be done anonymously
