Welcome to Rossell Fitness, it is my belief and philosophy that by working with you on your health and happiness we can build and shape the body that you desire. Here at Rossell Fitness we do not just work on the body in the gym, we take a holistic approach to your lifestyle where we can make small changes and improvements in all areas in order to get the body that you want and deserve. Without fully committing to the changes that are possible in your lifestyle, please understand that your results will be sub-optimal. At Rossell Fitness we simply ask that you are in the right frame of mind to improve your health, happiness and confidence a little more every day, striving for long term health and longevity. In order for your training and our time together to run smoothly and effectively I ask that you read and adhere to the following T&C’s. Please type I AGREE into the box
You are committing yourself to a minimum of 12 weeks of training
Rossell Fitness is a brand and the products and services thereof may not be duplicated or re-used for any purposes other than the progress on the programme.
You enter the course having given the correct and relevant information to Coach Nicola, including disclosing any weight loss disorders, hormonal challenges and metabolic conditions (including but not limited to: type 1 + 2 diabetes, PCOS, menopause, pre menopause, metabolic syndrome, adrenal fatigue, cancer, heart disease, anorexia, bulimia, emotional based binge eating) and you agree to the following conditions:
a. You understand that attempting to lose weight with any of these conditions or syndromes is more challenging and complicated
b. You accept that your results might be affected by this and that your goals may not be reached in the scope of this course, it is at your own discretion that you join the course with this knowledge
c. You are willing to offer information about your condition freely to the coach so that the coach might best help and guide you
d. You understand that the coach will at all times put your health first, and will not recommend you to participate in anything that might further damage your metabolism or affect the balance of your hormones. This will be final, and if the coach deems your behaviours, or actions to be in breach of the health and safety contract, you will be warned and thereafter you risk being removed from the course.
e. You understand and accept that this course is not a specialist programme, and is designed to coach women who do not have hormonal or metabolic damage. There will be elements of this course that will certainly help you to make progress (even in these cases), however you accept that in the case that you are unable to make progress, the coach will help you to find an alternative (including but not limited to: another specialist coach, a functional medicine practitioner, a nutritional therapist, a psychotherapist). In this case, you are not entitled to a refund, referring back to point 2b.
Payments are made in full in advance of the course start date.
Payment will be made online, through the Rossell Fitness Website
Sessions missed due to your holidays will not be recouped.
Sessions cannot be carried forwards month to month. the course runs from and to the dates specified in your welcome pack
Your responsibilities (as the client)
You are responsible for listening to and following the guidance of the coach ‘Nicola Rossell’ during this period
A PAR-Q form will be filled in before any exercise can take place. If you attend the first sessions without this form completed, you will be expected to take the time to fill this in using up your own time. Copies of this form are kept at the gym.
A health questionnaire is an optional but recommended addition to provide the coach with as much information to help you reach your goals as possible. You may choose not to fill this form in however please note that your results may be impacted as a result of withholding this information.
Rossell Fitness will discuss with you individually what a suitable goal would be for the time-frame, please fill in the goal setting sheets as requested and we will get your 90, 60 and 30 day goals set down and broken down into weekly and daily tasks for clarity and purpose
Following the first level of goal setting which will be done by the coach to give you an example, further goals on a monthly and weekly basis will be set by you, and run past the coach to show that you understand how to make progress each week.
You are expected to commit to filling in an online weekly progress questionnaire which will provide the information that we need to ensure you are making the right progress.
You are expected to put your health first at all times. If you are sick, under the weather or injured you must disclose this to coach Nicola. Attending the gym when you are sick is unacceptable as this puts your health at further risk. It also puts the health of coach Nicola and any other members that you encounter at risk too. Please be respectful of this term and abide by it strictly.
Conduct and cancellations
Rossell Fitness reserves the right to withdraw you from the programme without notice if behaviour is not acceptable, you will receive the remainder of your money back in this situation
The client will arrive 5 minutes early to prepared training sheets, use the bathroom and get ready for warming up
Your warm up will be completed within the session itself in order to prepare the body for healthy and safe exercise. Please do not enter the training area before the scheduled start time of your session, this is to ensure minimal disruption to other clientele and/or members
Rossell Fitness reserves the right to make any changes to content that is felt to be necessary for the benefit of your programme and progress and will inform you of these changes as and when they occur
You will treat the coach with respect and attention at all times
You will treat the other members on the course with respect and if any issues should arise between members, you will address this with the coach and the coach will address the issue separately with each party involved.
You will practise good gym etiquette and put weights and equipment away as part of the end of each session
You are responsible for your own cool down, there will be a couple of minutes dedicated for this at the end of each session, however a full cool down in your own time is recommended. You are permitted to remain in the training area after the sessions have completed to stretch down and complete your cool down.
Your access to the BBT WhatsApp group is dependent upon your conduct, if you are deemed to be posting offensive commentary, or in any way abusing the groups purpose, you will be removed from the group without any warning. BBT is a place for feeling comfortable, supported and safe.
This also applies to the members only Facebook community, if you are in breach of the nature of the group, you will be removed without notice and you will not be allowed back in
Responsibilities of coach 'Nicola Rossell'
Rossell Fitness will at all times put your health and safety first
Rossell Fitness will always check with you before publishing any personal details as part of a promotion
Rossell Fitness will protect any personal data that you provide
Rossell Fitness will keep your details on record for a maximum time of 3 months, your training records will be destroyed thereafter, and you may request a copy of your training records at any time during this period.
Rossell Fitness may keep your email address to inform you of any upcoming offers or products that you may find interesting or beneficial
At all times Rossell Fitness will endeavour to provide you with the help and guidance that you require, please do give up to 24hours for email responses.
Should coach Nicola fall ill or otherwise unable to attend for a session that you have booked, notice will be given at the earliest possible time to reduce the inconvenience to yourself.
Any sessions that are cancelled by Nicola will be valid for rearranging at a later day and time.
Rossell Fitness will check in with you every Sunday morning via email, contact should also be maintained during the week if needed via email, phone or text.
Rossell Fitness will not be available on Saturday’s unless for emergencies
Coach Nicola is not available 24/7, it is the coach's intention to provide you with the support that you need within office hours. Please give time for a response, your questions/queries will be answered within 24 hours.
Rossell Fitness will offer you a 100% money back guarantee if you are NOT satisfied with the results that were promised to you at the beginning. To qualify for the 100% money back guarantee you must fulfil the following:
a. Attend at least 30/36 BB scheduled sessions
b. Complete an alternative session if you miss one of the scheduled sessions. It is suggested that you aim to replicate the session as closely as possible however it is at your discretion as to what the alternative will be.
c. Give your best efforts during the BB scheduled sessions (this is at the discretion of the trainer)
d. Give your best efforts during the other scheduled activities in your programme
e. Submit progress measurements at least every 2-4 weeks
f. Submit progress photos every 4 weeks (amassing to 4 occasions over the 12 weeks (ideally week 1, week4, week 8, week 12).) NB this can be in your favourite outfit or in your underwear but NO naked photos!
g. Submit an honest video testimonial of your time spent undertaking the programme
h. Give permission for the aforementioned resources (5e,f,g) to be used as promotional materials for future trials to help encourage other ladies to achieve Beautiful Bodies – this can be done anonymously, identities in photos will be blurred if requested
