Get ahead of the game (online)
If you are raring to go and want to sink your teeth into some content before the sessions start to get a jump start on what we will be covering over the 12 weeks, then pay attention to the following!

Get ahead of the game (at home)
Do these 3 things first and let everything else happen naturally
Start drinking more filtered water, reduce your juice, tea and coffee (even decaf!) and use what nature gave us
Invest in a brita filter (or similar) for the fridge
Look into a filter water bottle to carry around
Eat more vegetables, like A LOT more
Buy the FITTER FOOD cookbook and sit down with your family to pick out things that you will all enjoy (trust me, you will all LOVE these recipes)
There is a lot to think about so don’t fret, we will cover everything that you need to know in your sessions and in our video coaching!
