I felt so frustrated before I started working with Nic, I don’t really feel like I have sacrificed anything as the few things I have cut back on such as processed sweets I always knew were no good for me.

'I was overweight by more than I had ever been in my whole life and I realised that I needed to do something about it, I was concerned about the long term effects of being overweight and the related conditions, I am a GP so I have seen firsthand some of the awful impacts of obesity.

'I did no exercise and like many people I had tried numerous diets, usually losing some weight but when I stopped dieting it all went back on and more. I was extremely frustrated, sluggish, tired and had no motivation to do anything.
I was a chocoholic, turned to food when I was fed up, angry, bored and also rewarded myself with food. I was obsessed with weighing myself (more than once a day) and this usually made me feel more fed up, it was a vicious circle which I didn’t know how to break.
