A little perspective

I was driving home from a yoga course on Saturday night and as I passed under a motorway bridge I saw a chap hanging over the edge with what looked like his family and the police trying to encourage him to come back to safety

It was a shock to see that as I was just driving along….and it got me thinking about where someone has to be emotionally to get to that stage where they desperately either want things to end, or desperately want the attention for something that they are dealing with that feels overwhelming

It’s easy to get all tied up in your own thoughts and emotions

And if you don’t have the right support networks around you

ie.. family and friends who understand your obstacles

.and people that you can reach out to if you are feeling low or hurt or angry or confused

Then it would be easy to get into a situation where you felt utterly alone and perhaps like you wanted things to end right here, right now

Not being able to see a way forwards is dangerous and scary

If you need someone to talk to, please know that there are people out in the world who will, and want to help you

Be brave and reach out, because the alternatives could be catastrophic

I may not be the person that you need, but I can help you to find the right person to talk to about what is going on

And if you need a little extra help on this right now…..

Let’s talk about it —>>> https://www.rossellfitness.co.uk/strategy-call/
